Hi, I'm Angel.

I'm an ACE Certified Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, and wellness junkie.

I don't believe in crazy fad diets, ridiculous fitness claims, or skipping dessert.

Life's about balance and being healthy and fit is a lifestyle, not a quick fix.

The answer is not found in some magic pill or miracle weight loss tea.



You wouldn't know it now, but I used to be the antithesis of health. As a teen, I lived off fast food, frozen food, and exercise was nonexistent. I was the epitome of 'skinny fat'.

My early 20's brought slightly healthier eating, but I still managed to pack on the pounds. As I approached my third increase in pants size, I was brought to my breaking point. I cleaned up my diet and learned to tolerate exercise.

Somewhere along the way, I fell in love with fitness, especially strength training. I was down 15 pounds and felt strong and confident for the first time. This newfound appreciation led me to get my certification so I could help empower others to feel as good as I do.

I'm passionate about helping busy working women find balance and get fit!

I toss out all those "cookie-cutter" plans and coach you in a nutrition and fitness plan tailored to you and your specific body type to get you results in the most efficient and effective way. 


You could probably find me:

-Baking some paleo donuts

-Nose deep in a cookbook (but never following the recipe exactly)

-Watching the newest health documentary

-Hip thrusting with a heavy barbell on my lap

-Applying any number of essential oils

-Cuddling with my kitty, Luna

-Strolling the park across the street

-Eating straight from the (dairy free) ice cream pint
