Here's where I come in. I've studied nutrition and healthy eating for a decade now, testing a bunch of different diets and trends, so you don't have to. I've boiled it down to the absolute basics to help make eating better even easier.
In my personalized, 1:1 coaching, we tackle not only nutrition, but other lifestyle habits that contribute to your overall wellbeing like stress and sleep.
I require a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure you see results, but 6+ months are recommended.

My current plans are best suited for women with no existing or previous injuries who are just getting into fitness or have recently taken some time off.
Fitness plans are delivered through a free app you can access on your phone, with video demonstrations for all exercises. These programs are done easiest at the gym, but can also be done at home with a couple sets of dumbbells and resistance bands. I require a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure you see results, but 6+ months are recommended.
