HOW LONG WILL I NEED ONLINE TRAINING?
How long we would work together depends a lot on your starting point and your end goals. Some people may need 3 months, while others will need a year to reach their goals. It's highly individual.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
We can accomplish a lot with just a few pieces of equipment. I recommend at least having resistance bands and a couple sets of dumbbells.
